SkyeVector was founded by James McCloud, PMP, ITIL Expert, COBIT, SIAM. As a US Air Force Air Battle Manager (AFSC 13B), he obtained Instructor/Evaluator experience and Air Weapons, Air Surveillance, and Electronic Combat Officer crew qualifications in the E-3B/C AWACS and Control and Reporting Center (CRC) weapon systems. He was assigned both CONUS and overseas, where he gained extensive deployed and combat experience in command and control of close air support, high-value target eliminations, and combat search and rescue operations. He was assigned to crews for airborne C2ISR operations for OEF Operation Anaconda/Robert Ridge, OIF Invasion, and led crews for ground mobile C2 in Afghanistan, Air Defense of the Arabian Gulf, and later Air Defense of the National Capital Region.
